Open play means that dogs are never in a kennel or crate during playtime.  The dogs are in the playroom from the time they are dropped off until the time they are picked up.  The only exceptions are if they have lunch, they need a nap or a short "timeout".

Because of the city codes, we do not have an outside area for the dogs to run, however, there is a park directly behind the building where we can walk the dogs if requested by parents.  Dogs who are boarding with us will automatically receive 2 walks per day and walks can be purchased as enrichments as well.  We have 2 indoor potty areas for dogs who don't receive walks or in case of inclement weather.

We offer basic grooming such as nail trims, deshedding, ear cleaning and teeth cleaning.  These services are for Zooomies clients who board with us or attend daycare.

All dogs must be up to date on the following vaccinations: Bordetella, Distemper, Rabies and a fecal test with a negative result.  We do not require Canine Influenza, but highly recommend it.

Yes.  Each dog must be at least 6 months old to come to Zooomies.  At such a young age, a dog's bones and muscles are still forming.  Daycare can be rough on their little bodies, and they need plenty of rest.  Once they are old enough to come to Zooomies, we will still make sure they get naps throughout the day until they reach at least 8 months old.

The only cameras we have in the building are security cameras.  However, we post pictures and videos to Facebook daily so you will still be able to see how much fun your pup had.

Absolutely!!  We offer a 10% discount to all military personnel, first responders, police, nurses and teachers.

Not all dogs enjoy daycare.  Not all dogs like to be around other dogs.  This is why we require each new dog to pass a Test Drive, aka a temperament test, to see how they will do in this environment.  A Test Drive is still required for dogs who only board with us as well since they will spend their days in the daycare rooms.  We will determine if your dog benefits from playtime and socialization.  We want every dog that comes here to succeed, therefore, if we feel like this wouldn't be the best option for them, we will discuss that with you at the end of the Test Drive.
